To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and email address.

If more than 90 minutes have passed, cancellation or changes may no longer be possible, as orders are processed quickly at our fulfilment centre.
If this happens, the order will be shipped and you can request a return after delivery according to our return policy.
